How do I sign up to NSW Rugby TV?
Visit NSWRugby.tv and select the ‘sign in/sign up’ button, and the ‘sign up’ link. On the NSW Rugby TV app, navigate to the ‘settings’ icon, then click ‘login’, then ‘sign up’. Once you have signed up,
Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store by searching NSW Rugby TV.
An electronic mail will be sent from email@example.com to your email address to verify your account before you can start streaming content. The email will contain a six digit verification code. Enter this code on the website. Once you have completed your registration you will be signed in, and you can stay signed in.

If I subscribe to an Annual or Monthly pass, when does the recurring transaction take place?
Your recurring payment triggers the day you originally purchased an account. So, if your initial registration is on the 15th of July (for example) and you purchased a Monthly subscription, the recurring transaction will take place on the 15th of August and each month thereafter until you unsubscribe. The same principle applies to a Yearly subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Please login to your NSW Rugby TV account and navigate to the ‘my account’ page. Select ‘manage’ and unsubscribe.
I paid for a subscription but I want a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds unless there was a serious technical error with the NSWRugby.tv platform. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to discuss your subscription with Cluch.
Why is the stream not working?
Please check your internet connection status first. If you are still experiencing issues with the stream, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will endeavour to investigate and resolve your query as soon as possible.
I don’t have a smart tv, does this matter?
You will still be able to watch on your phone, tablet or computer device. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a smart tv you are unable to cast to your television without a Chromecast or Apple TV device. However, as an alternative option, connect your laptop or smartphone to TV via HDMI cord.
Why isn’t Chromecast working on the app?
Please ensure that the device you are casting from (phone/tablet/laptop) is connected to the same WiFi network as your Chromecast device, and not using mobile data. The Chromecast symbol will appear in the top right corner of the home page. On the website, the Chromecast symbol will appear on the video’s scrub bar.
I want to record some games, how can I do that
